General overview

This former model show home with over 2950 sq. ft Floor area, across two floors the villa is big enough for two families to share or luxuriously spacious for one family. 

The villa sleeps up to 10 people and  has 5 bedrooms - the Downstairs Master with an American King size bed and upstairs 2 bedrooms each with American Queen sized beds, and 2 bedrooms each with a pair of twin beds.

With three bathrooms and a further 2 separate toilets (including one on the pool deck) there will be no queues!

 The villa is equipped with an inter-room intercom system.

Fully air-conditioned with dual zoning to ensure both the upstairs and downstairs are just the right temperature.

Free high speed Wifi with WiFi 6 whole house mesh system internet access ensuring internet is available even on the far reaches of the pool deck

Free telephone calls to Continental USA and Canada.

Separate indoor Utility room with high end Maytag washing machine and gas tumble-dryer.

Fully air-conditioned games room with shuffleboard, air-hockey table, foosball table and regulation size pool table
 & 65" UHD TV, Led lighting and 6ft remote control LED fan.

 There is a 46" flat panel TV in the Grand room/living room and flat panel TVs in every bedroom.
 All TVs are equipped with Roku Sticks to enable you to sign into your own Netflix, Disney+ etc accounts.

Outside

Adding to the luxury is a fully enclosed large sparkling, 28-foot private pool with large 5 ft jacuzzi/spa with waterfall,

  fan sprays and streamers  to add to the fun.

The pool and spa are heated using a dual zoned gas heater which heats the pool to a maximum of 85º, the Spa can be boosted to 95º in about 10-15 minutes unlike electrically heated pools.

The 1200 sq ft  pool deck is fitted with a removable Child safety fence to keep the little ones safe.

The large covered lanai offers shade all day, with further cooling provided by a 4 speed wall controlled ceiling fan
There is an outside inter-room intercom/music & twin power point.

 There is also the rare added benefit of a thermostatic outside shower with 10" Hansgrohe rainfall shower-head

                         
and an air-conditioned poolside toilet


The villa is on a plot that is not overlooked with new privacy hedging planted to the sides of the pool enclosure.



With seating for 8 (premium commercial quality sling chairs and matching tables),
 enjoy alfresco dining either under the shade of the large covered lanai

or outside in the sunshine 
    

on the lovely warm evenings eating a meal cooked on the gas Ducane Stainless Steel 5 buner BBQ with auto-ignition and side burner. 
   
           

or perhaps set the mood lighting and go for a late night dip or relax in the jacuzzi/spa

The dining area has a large table that seats eight (with leather seat pads) and patio doors that open onto the Pool deck.





Laundry / Down stairs toilet
The laundry is equipped with gas tumble dryer, top load washer,  iron and ironing board, laundry basket, brush/ pan and mop etc.

       
Master Bedroom

 The downstairs En-Suite Master Bedroom has a Drexel Heritage solid oak American king-sized bedroom suite with quality mattress, box spring and bed linen, two bedside cabinets with Travertine tops and bedside lamps - also not seen in this picture is a double mirrored wardrobe 

matching dresser with Travertine top and mirror, flat panel TV 

.The room has direct access to the covered lanai/pool decking through a patio door.

To compliment the air-conditioning there is a new thermostatic remote controlled ceiling fan/light. 

Leading to the en-suite there is a mirrored double built-in wardrobe .

The en-suite has a twin corian© sink vanity unit beneath a large well lit mirror

a  large Roman tub

a separate large shower with 10" hansgrohe rainfall showerhead

  the toilet is in a separate closet

A hair-dryer is located in the cupboard under the vanity unit

           

New Thermostatic Fans in all Bedrooms


                                   

For extra comfort and, to eliminate waking in the night cold because the fan is still on,

 the temperature can be pre-set on the hand held remote which will then operate the fan at the required speed

 or turn on/off to maintain the desired temperature or can be set to operate the fan manually for a set duration.

 The light can be operated from the remote and there is a delay facility that can be pre-set to the required duration.

Converted from the former Den into a Master bedroom with a solid wood American queen-sized bedroom suite

 with pillow top mattress, twin bedside cabinets with lamps, dresser with triple mirror and a chest of drawers

There is also a separate study area with computer desk and chair

 so why not sit with your laptop and make use of the free high speed WiFi internet access?

 Alternatively there is always the fully insulated and air-conditioned bespoke games room

The Lounge

 


with its cathedral ceiling is light and airy with practical porcelain wood tile floor

 There are two comfy leather sofas and a leather easy chair enabling you to sit and relax after a hard day doing the parks

 Equipped with a 46" flat panel TV with Roku Stick and blue-ray DVD player presented on a designer chrome and black glass entertainment stand.

  There is a large 72 inch 6 speed remote controlled near silent DC ceiling fan with light to compliment the air-conditioning & table lamp lighting

Patio doors lead onto the covered lanai then pool deck

  With the master inter-room intercom located in the lounge the radio can be tuned to enjoy music throughout the house and on the pool deck.


Unoverlooked view

The villa is set on a large plot planted with pine trees and flowering shrubs

 which provide a pleasant view from the back of the villa.

 There are no immediate rear neighbours

All linens are provided.  Sheets & pillow cases are high quality/high thread count.

  Towels are luxury premium hotel quality Oxford Signature Towels.

The villa is cared for by a friendly local family Caretakers who will ensure that your stay will be pleasant


 

The villa is fitted with a monitored Security Alarm for peace of mind
